Optus Enterprise is seeking a Transformation Program Assistant to provide high-quality executive support to the GM, IT Transformation. The role focuses on governance calendar management, meeting administration, RAID logs, and meeting-pack coordination for key program forums.

You will also help prepare briefing notes, presentations, and talking points, while embedding standards and training the team on ways of working in a fast-paced telecom PMO setting.
