This diverse role requires customer service skills, IT skills, and technical aptitude as well as the ability to create positive relationships with clients. We use multiple software systems and require a strong attention to detail.
You will be required to ensure Intralink's service standards are being met (preferably exceeded), ensuring compliance standards are met and all tasks relating to a client's portfolios are performed in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- You will manage your own client base of up to 100 clients.
- You will be the initial point of contact for all client enquiries, including assisting the advisers in client communication and reporting.
- Ensure client records are kept up to date across all systems (ie; CRM, Class, XPlan, etc).
- Set up of New Clients Account including the establishment of SMSFs.
- Assist with drafting, implementing, and developing internal procedures.
- Liaise with Internal and External Accountants and answer Tax Queries.
- Provide backup when required - for daily payments on behalf of clients (ie; pension payments, tax payments, accounting fees, etc).
- Provide backup when required - for maintaining/updating the daily transactions in clients' portfolios.
- Provide backup when required - in the application process when multiple clients are investing in unlisted investments.
- Assist with telephone and other reception duties.
