Formosa Pools & Spas is growing, and we’re looking for anexperienced Pool Installer or qualified tradesperson to join our team, working across both fibreglass and concrete pool projects.
We’d also love to hear fromqualified Carpenters or Plumbers looking for a change and interested in bringing their skills into the pool industry.
Previous pool experience is highly regarded butnot essential for the right person . If you have a strong trade or construction background, take pride in your work and are willing to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your role may include:
- Fibreglass pool installations
- Concrete pool construction
- Excavation, site preparation and backfilling
- Formwork and general construction works
- Plumbing and pool equipment installation
- Machinery operation
- Reading plans and working accurately to levels
- Problem-solving and working alongside other trades
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship from excavation through to completion

- Holds relevant trade qualifications, tickets or licences where applicable
An HR truck licence is preferred and will be highly regarded.
