We are looking for a motivated and personable Exercise Physiologist to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role suited to an EP who enjoys working directly with clients, building robust relationships and using exercise to help people improve their health, function, confidence and quality of life. You will work with a diverse range of clients and have the opportunity to deliver both individual exercise physiology services and group-based exercise sessions. We're looking for someone who combines strong clinical knowledge with excellent people skills and can make exercise approachable, enjoyable and achievable for each client.
Key responsibilities
Conduct initial consultations, assessments and relevant outcome measures
Deliver one-on-one Exercise Physiology consultations
Deliver and supervise small group and group exercise sessions
Prescribe, progress and modify exercise based on client needs and goals
Work with clients living with chronic health conditions, injuries and functional limitations
Educate clients around exercise, physical activity and long-term self-management
Monitor client progress and complete regular reassessments
Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes and documentation
Communicate with GPs, specialists, allied health professionals and other referrers when required

Confident prescribing and modifying exercise for different conditions and abilities
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Organised and able to manage clinical documentation effectively
Reliable, professional and proactive
Interested in continuing to develop their clinical and coaching skills
A recognised Bachelor's or Master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, Exercise Physiology or an equivalent ESSA-accredited qualification
Accreditation, or eligibility for accreditation, as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA)
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card, where required
