About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing incoming phone calls and emails
- Scheduling appointments across multiple specialists and locations
- Coordinating referrals and communicating with referring dental practices
- Preparing patient documentation and correspondence
- Managing patient accounts and processing payments
- Supporting day to day administrative operations
- Working collaboratively with our clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
