Tyro Payments Limited is seeking a Customer Support Agent for the Strategic Accounts Support team. You will be the primary contact for Strategic Account merchants, handling calls and written support while collaborating with the broader team to deliver a superior customer experience.

The role offers a mix of in-office and work from home with a structured training program. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm, with opportunities to grow across Tyro’s product suite.
