Hume Community Housing is seeking a Neighbourhood Officer (Affordable Housing) to manage a diverse portfolio of affordable tenancies, support customers to sustain tenancies and foster secure, inclusive neighbourhoods.
You will build relationships, resolve issues, conduct home visits and inspections, and handle complex matters such as arrears, tenancy compliance, and NCAT processes, with a focus on compassionate service and careful record-keeping.
