Calvary is seeking an Administration Officer - Intake to manage referrals from My Aged Care, clients, families and professionals. You will assess suitability, maintain priority referrals and log details in MAC, EMR and iPM databases.

You will also relay information on available services, perform general admin tasks, and keep aged care facilities updated with weekly vacancy communications while coordinating with social workers on placements and medical correspondence.
