What this role looks like:
- Assist under supervision to provide advice regarding Development Applications for all types of development including preparing reports, requests for information and engineering conditions of consent.
- Assist with conducting environmental assessments for rural and urban development with regards to engineering works.
- Assess and prepare reports for post consent approvals including but not limited to subdivision works certificates, subdivision certificates, s138/68 approvals, compliance certificates and preparation of final plans and instruments related to the registration of subdivisions.
- Assist with inspections of public infrastructure and other post-consent matters.
What are we seeking in our new team member:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil,
Environmental Engineering or equivalent tertiary qualifications
- Drivers Licence (Class C) - NSW
- White Card - General Construction Induction
