We’re looking for three driven, organised and people focused Recruitment Delivery Consultant's to join the Searchability Group in Sydney.

OVERVIEW

This is a varied role sitting at the heart of our client projects. You’ll own the candidate resource process and experience across multiple recruitment campaigns, support the delivery of key client projects, take ownership of marketing materials and candidate attraction campaigns, and develop your recruitment expertise alongside experienced consultants and Directors.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in agency recruitment within a delivery focused role, earning commission on every successful candidate placed. You’ll work across multiple large, pre existing client accounts, focusing on sourcing and engaging great candidates, project management, marketing and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Your targets will be centred around CVs submitted, interviews arranged and candidates placed, with no new business generation targets, allowing you to focus on becoming an exceptional recruitment delivery specialist.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll work across multiple client accounts and projects, taking ownership of the candidate journey from initial attraction and engagement through to interview and placement.

No two days will look exactly the same, but your responsibilities will include:

- Owning the candidate experience across multiple client recruitment projects and ensuring every candidate receives a first-class experience.
- Working alongside Directors and senior consultants to understand client requirements and deliver against active vacancies and project hiring goals.
- Sourcing, engaging and qualifying candidates using platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and our internal systems.
- Building relationships with candidates, understanding their motivations and managing them throughout the recruitment process.
- Owning candidate attraction and marketing materials for client projects, ensuring campaigns are engaging, accurate and aligned with the client brand.
- Supporting the creation and delivery of social media, digital and recruitment marketing campaigns to attract relevant talent.
- Project managing recruitment campaigns, keeping activity, deadlines, candidate pipelines and stakeholders organised and on track.
- Preparing CVs, candidate submissions, interview information, placement confirmations and other project documentation.
- Building your professional network through social media and proactively engaging talent communities.
- Developing your understanding of recruitment, candidate management, market mapping, interviewing and qualification with the support of our experienced team.




- Honing your recruitment skills with a clear pathway to take on greater responsibility as your experience develops.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You don’t need to arrive as a finished recruiter. We’re looking for someone with the attitude, organisation and communication skills to become an excellent Delivery Consultant.

You’ll have:

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisation and project management capability, with the confidence to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A genuine interest in recruitment, people and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- An interest in marketing, social media, content and candidate attraction.
- The confidence to speak with candidates, understand their motivations and represent opportunities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work within established processes and systems.
- A strong work ethic and ambition to develop your career.
- Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Mercury, Broadbean or Indeed is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
- Right to work permanently in Australia – sponsorship is not available for this position.
