Rhino-Rack is seeking a customer-focused qualified to join our team in NSW. You will respond to inquiries across phone, ticketing and CRM for international and key accounts, while supporting the day-to-day workload of the team and stepping in to lead when required.
You will collaborate with Sales, Export, Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure timely order updates, accurate CRM/NCR records, and continuous improvement through data analysis and training support.
