About the Role:
You will provide person-centred nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse/Midwife, supporting patients across the healthcare setting. You will contribute to a multidisciplinary team, recognise and report changes in patient condition, and maintain high standards of nursing care in line with relevant standards and requirements.
- Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with NMBA and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practising certificate.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to prioritise workload and recognise and report changes in clinical condition.
- Commitment to providing person-centred nursing care.
- Experience providing nursing care in accordance with relevant standards of practice.
