Corex is an Australian manufacturer of sustainable polypropylene sheet products, including Corflute® and Promeg®. We supply customers across packaging, retail display, industrial and building sectors.
We are seeking a Customer Experience Officer to manage customer accounts, process sales orders and coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Customer service and account support (phone and email)
- Sales order processing and order entry
- Liaison with sales, production planning and logistics teams
- Monitoring production schedules and delivery timelines
- Providing order status updates to customers
- Coordinating dispatch documentation and picklists
- Resolving delivery,
quality and order issues
Skills & experience
- Customer service experience (B2B or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong administration and data entry skills
- High attention to detail and time management
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities
- ERP or manufacturing system experience advantageous
