About the Role
Join Legal Aid NSW as aLegal and Client Support Officerand play a vital role in helping people access the support they need when facing legal challenges.
As the first point of contact for many clients, you will provide compassionate and professionalassistance, helping people navigate complex legal and personal circumstances while connecting them with the right information,servicesand support. Working in a quick-paced environment, you will manage client enquiries across reception,phoneand digital channels, while supporting legal teams with a broad range of administrative and legal support activities.

About You
You are a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people and thrives in a busy, high-volume environment. You bring a calm, solutions-focused approach to every interaction and can confidently engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those experiencing complex legal and non-legal issues.
Highly organised and adaptable,you'reskilled at managing competing priorities whilemaintainingaccuracy and attention to detail. You are a collaborative team member who enjoys working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes for clients.
You'llalso bring:
Experience in administration, customer service, clientsupportor a similar role
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
Confidence using a range of systems and technology to manage information and workflows
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
A commitment to delivering high-quality client service with empathy,professionalismand integrity
