Department of Communities in Western Australia is seeking a Casual Secure Care Worker to support vulnerable children in a 24/7 secure care setting. You will work a rotating roster including weekends and nights, guided by the Sanctuary Model to ensure trauma-informed care.

You will join a multidisciplinary team and contribute to protected, therapeutic environments while adapting to changing needs and prioritising self-care and wellbeing.
