AMES Australia is seeking an In-Work Mentor for our Castle Hill and Parramatta offices. This full-time, ongoing role focuses on increasing client retention by supporting placements and providing timely Post Placement Support (PPS) both online and at the client's workplace.

You will build robust relationships with stakeholders, respond to client enquiries, and help ensure sustainable employment outcomes, reporting earnings and collaborating with employers and AMES sites.
