Greenpeace Australia Pacific (GPAP) invites applications for a Call Centre Coach in Sydney. This full time 12-month fixed term contract is based onsite at our Rosebery head office, leading a vibrant telefundraising team to engage supporters and fund critical environmental campaigns.

You will coach from the phones, model best practices, monitor quality, and ensure compliant, positive supporter interactions while building a culture of learning and high performance.
