Manager. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training
provided, designed for someone who enjoys working with people, is
highly organised, and is ready to build a long-term career in
events and client management. What You'll Be Doing Managing the
onboarding process for new exhibitors via phone and video meetings
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Coordinating contracts, documentation, and important deadlines
Following up on invoices and payments Liaising with internal teams
including Sales, Marketing, and Operations Supporting clients
during our live business events (occasional travel may be required)
About You We're looking for someone with experience in a
customer-focused or administrative role, such as: Administration or




office support Customer service Reception Retail Hospitality Call
centre or client support Other client-facing positions You'll also
have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid
organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to manage
multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment A proactive attitude and
willingness to learn A positive, team-focused approach No previous
account management or events experience is required, we'll provide
