The Role

This is not a standard recruiter gig. You’ll:

- Partner across all brands: internal hiring, external clients, project teams
- Own search and recruitment for our active mine sites (think rapid-paced, high-volume,



high-impact white + blue collar work)
- Influence and improve recruitment processes, systems, and employer branding
- Collaborate across people, ops, consulting and leadership teams
- Shape the people services offerings and take the team with you as you grow
