At Contour, we’re reshaping education, one student at a time.

Born from the frustration of students who knew the system could be better, we set out to build what we once wished existed: tutoring that actually works. Not generic classes. Not recycled notes. Not overpriced, overcrowded rooms with an out-of-touch teacher who couldn’t relate. But a complete ecosystem of tutoring, resources, and support, meticulously designed to help every student reach their full potential.

Since 2020, over 10,000+ students have trusted Contour to guide their academic journey, and we’ve grown to over 300+ team members. We’ve produced hundreds of 99+ ATARs, tutored the World-Record UCAT scorer, and placed more students into medical school than any school in Australia.

What You Will Do

- Outbound Leads : Contact interested students and parents via phone, email, and text, share details about our programs, answer questions, and book free trial weeks. (This is primarily a B2C outbound calling sales role!)

- Manage Enquiries :



Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and text, sharing details about our programs, answer questions, and book free trial weeks.

- Drive Enrolments : Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and parents who have completed free trial weeks, converting interest into enrolments by showcasing the value of Contour’s offerings.

- Hit Your Targets: Meet and exceed enrolment goals by managing a robust sales pipeline, maximising every opportunity to connect and engage.

- Provide Insights : Share feedback and ideas with the Sales Team Leader to enhance processes and improve conversion rates.

This is a**full-time permanent role (38 hours per week)****based at our Melbourne CBD campus with structured operating hours across weekdays ( 11:00 am – 9:00 pm ) and weekends ( 9:00 am – 5:00 pm ). Weekend work is mandatory, andapplicants must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday.**The role also offers strong commission opportunities.

You’ll benefit from a robust training program combining weekly group sessions and personalised coaching to support ongoing development with potential to become a Senior Sales Rep and leadership opportunities available for suitable team members as well.

What You Will Bring

- Strong listening skills, empathy, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with students and parents.

- Ability to identify opportunities, address concerns, overcome objections in a solution-focused manner, and confidently guide families through decisions.

- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups while remaining focused on achieving targets.

- Comfortable using CRM systems and quick to learn new software platforms.





- Completion ofVCE with strong academic performance

- ABachelor’s degree(completed or currently studying) in Commerce, Business, or a related field

- Previous experience inretail, hospitality, call centres, and/or sales(preferred)

- Passionate and Engaged:Able to build rapport and connect with students and peers.

- Long-Term Mindset:Interested in growing with the organisation over time.

- Student-Focused:Genuine passion for helping students and parents succeed.

- Agreement to anon-compete clause(conditions apply)

- Ability to speak asecond language(desirable but not essential)
