This is a permanent full-time position commencing ASAP

The Standards and Integrity Directorate, within the Qualified Standards and Conduct Division, strengthens the Department's integrity framework and promotes a culture of integrity, accountability and ethical decision-making through:

- the effective assessment and investigation of complaints of staff misconduct in accordance with the Complaints and Notifications Policy
- the prevention of integrity risks, including serious misconduct, fraud and corruption, through learning and development, data-driven insights, proactive risk identification and effective integrity systems management
- the strengthening of child safeguarding systems through the Reportable Conduct Scheme, Working with Children Check compliance, management of child safety risks, system-level reviews and strategic projects.

The Role

As a Consultant Reportable Conduct, you will play a key role in the Child Safeguarding Systems function within the Integrity Systems and Education team, supporting the Department's implementation of the WA Reportable Conduct Scheme and broader child safeguarding priorities through learning and development initiatives, system improvement, compliance and review activities that strengthen workforce capability, inform organisational learning, and help prevent harm to children and young people.

In this role, you will design and deliver engaging learning experiences for staff, develop practical resources and guidance materials, and contribute to capability-building initiatives that help staff and leaders understand and meet their obligations under the Reportable Conduct Scheme. Your work will contribute to a stronger safeguarding culture, promote secure and ethical practice, and support positive outcomes for children and young people.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking professional who is passionate about creating impactful adult learning experiences that drive engagement,



build capability and support organisational change. You will ideally have experience designing and delivering a blend of online, facilitated and face-to-face learning programs, as well as developing high-quality resources and facilitation materials that enable leaders and managers to confidently support learning within their teams.

You are innovative, curious, and comfortable using contemporary learning technologies and digital tools to create engaging, accessible, and visually compelling learning resources. A proactive and pragmatic team player, you enjoy identifying opportunities for improvement, taking initiative, and turning ideas into practical outcomes. You build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging way, and are committed to continuous learning, innovation, and delivering meaningful results.
