Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency Co Op in Preston is seeking a Case Manager to join the Family Services team. You will support Aboriginal children and families, collaborating with a multidisciplinary group to deliver an integrated response and address identified needs.

You will work with parents, carers and stakeholders to ensure culturally secure, trauma-informed support while maintaining up-to-date case notes and professional boundaries.
