BreakFree Great Sandy Straits in Hervey Bay is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to support the Building Manager and General Manager in leading day-to-day maintenance across BreakFree Excellent Sandy Straits and Mantra Hervey Bay.
This role provides direct supervision of Maintenance Assistants, coordinates planned maintenance, contractor activities and owner-funded replacements while ensuring safety and compliance are met.
