Independent Lifestyle Support Services (ILSS) is currently seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team on a full-time basis in the Berri area and surrounding Riverland regions. In this role, you will play a vital part in empowering people living with disability to live independently, engage with their communities, and achieve their personal goals.
As a Disability Support Worker with ILSS, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred support that promotes choice, dignity, inclusion, and independence. Please note that this specific opportunity is for a Female Support Worker.
Key responsibilities
- Providing daily living support tailored to each client's individual needs and support plan.
- Assisting participants with personal care, household tasks, and daily routines.
- Facilitating community access, social activities, and skill-building initiatives.
- Encouraging and supporting participants to exercise choice and control over their lives.
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with team members and management.
- Upholding the values of dignity, respect, and inclusion in all interactions.

This full time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging between A$72,800 and A$93,600 per year, commensurate with your skills and experience.
