Based at our head office in St Kilda, this full time fixed-term role oversees the AGPC Contact Centre operations and delivers high-quality, customer-centric experiences across member and ticketing interactions.

Reporting to the Division Manager - Membership, you will manage multi-channel enquiries, optimise workflows, provide coaching, and report on service
