In this role, you'll:

As the Senior Manager Digital Experience & Adoption, you will lead the organisation’s technology adoption, training, and change management strategy to maximise the successful uptake of digital products, platforms, and services. You will drive workforce readiness by developing and delivering change, communication, and learning initiatives that support business transformation and improve the digital experience for employees across Sydney Metro.

About you

We're seeking an experienced people and change leader with a strong background in organisational change, learning and development, and technology adoption.



You will bring proven experience leading change and training teams, developing adoption strategies, and delivering enterprise-wide capability uplift initiatives. You are an influential stakeholder manager who can translate complex technology changes into meaningful learning and engagement outcomes that drive business success.
