Talent International is working in partnership with a high-profile, public sector organisation to assist in resourcing a Training Specialist for an enterprise AI Adoption program.
As AI adoption accelerates across the organisation, we are investing in structured capability programs that give stakeholders the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to use AI effectively.
Reporting to the Program Manager and working alongside the AI Adoption team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning experiences across Generative AI, Responsible AI and enterprise AI technologies. This highly visible role combines hands-on facilitation, learning design, stakeholder engagement and program coordination.
What you'll do
Training delivery and facilitation - 50%
- Deliver practical AI training programs, workshops and capability initiatives
- Facilitate hands-on learning that supports the safe, responsible and effective use of AI
- Deliver Generative AI, Responsible AI and AI induction training for users
- Support the adoption of enterprise AI technologies through workplace learning and engagement
- Tailor workshops and learning activities for different audiences across the business
Learning design and resource development - 25%
- Design structured learning pathways and experiences
- Develop workshop materials, toolkits, facilitator guides and practical learning activities
- Continuously improve learning resources in response to participant feedback and emerging AI developments
Learning coordination, evaluation and reporting - 25%
- Coordinate the AI learning calendar, including scheduling, enrolments and delivery planning
- Manage learning records, participation data and training administration
- Conduct learning-needs analysis, capability assessments and evaluation activitiesAnalyse and report on participation, feedback and learning outcomes
About you
You will bring:
- Experience delivering training, workshops or capability-development programs in technology, digital transformation or emerging technologies
- A solid understanding of Generative AI, workplace applications and responsible AI practices
- Experience creating learning resources and training materials
- Excellent facilitation, presentation and stakeholder-engagement skills
