Westgold Resources is seeking a Superintendent Health & Safety to lead the site Health, Safety and Training function across underground and surface operations, reporting to the Manager Health & Safety. This pivotal leadership role requires a practical, hands‑on approach to safety management in mining.

You will drive a proactive safety culture, ensure legislative compliance, oversee incident investigations, risk assessments and training, and coach leaders to improve performance.
