You will support the Trustee with fiduciary, regulatory and operational oversight across superannuation administration, claims, complaints and member outcomes, while ensuring governance and service-provider oversight.
In this permanent, full time role you’ll triage incidents, review claims, oversee provider performance and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and disclosures.
