Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane – Brisbane QLD is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Partner – Registered Nurse to join our Aged Care team in Darra, Brisbane South. This full time, Monday to Friday role focuses on person-centred care and supporting older Australians to stay safe, healthy and independent at home.

Reporting to the Coordinator - Aged Care Services, you will assess needs, coordinate care, manage wound care and medications, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
