- Full Time | Temporary three (3) yearcontract
- Level Four | Salary: $84,445 to $90,798 per annum,plus superannuation

The opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with astructured and proactive approach to support the delivery of theCity’s in-house annual civil construction program.

As the Project Support Officer for the City Construction team,you will be responsible for assisting with the establishment andongoing support with civil projects, plans, corporatecommunications, schedules, procurement, milestones and programtracking and delivery.

To be successful in this role, you willposses:

- 3+ years demonstrated administrative support experience inproject, financial, procurement, contracts and generalconstruction related administration.
- Experience with project management, procurement, work ordersoftware (desirable)
- Effective coordination, organisational, time management,interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Robust problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office systems and packages andknowledge of Technology One software (desirable).
