ACSO is hiring a Forensic Case Worker to deliver pre- and post- release support for participants in the ReStart program. The role involves navigating prisons, courts and community corrections to help reintegrate participants, with a focus on record keeping and proactive outreach.

You will operate in a trauma-informed, culturally protected and person-centred framework, using intake assessments, transition plans and ongoing health checks to reduce reoffending.
