BOSS Engineering is seeking a WHS Advisor to influence safety across our national manufacturing sites in Inverell, NSW. This hands-on role sits on the workshop floor, conducting risk assessments, investigations and training.
Reporting to Manufacturing & Operations Manager, you will develop SOPs, SWMS, and lead continuous safety improvements while traveling to other sites. The ideal candidate will have Certificate IV WHS, manufacturing WHS experience, and a practical, proactive approach.
