Mercy Health in Melbourne's western community is seeking an experienced Day Procedure Unit ANUM with advanced clinical skills in anaesthetic and PACU nursing, plus Endoscopy and Day Procedure Scrub roles. The successful applicant will lead patient flow, coordinate operations and drive quality improvement while mentoring nursing staff.
