Hengst Fitration is seeking an Inside Sales & Operations Support Specialist to join their team providing professional customer support, coordinate quotations and order processing, together with inventory and materials planning. It is a great role for a dedicated and committed support person who enjoys working with a samll collegiate team.

In addition you will coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, finance and international (Germany) colleagues to resolve supply or delivery issues. Importantly, you will assist with operational improvements, process refinements and practical problem solving.

You will be adaptable, reliable, respectful, exhibit positive energy and be comfortable in a small team where flexibility and mutual support are essential.

Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP skills are essential (SAP Ideally)



and you will be a quick learner of systems and processes.

- Customer satisfaction, response times and quotation/order accuracy
- Improved material visibility and quicker issue resolution
- Positive contribution to team stability, collaboration and Hengst culture.

This is a commercial coordination role with sales support and material planning focus. It is not a pure administration or back-office role. The ideal candidate enjoys customer contact, operational problem-solving and contributing beyond narrow job boundaries in ateam workplace.
