As the Sales Assistant you will be responsible for exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.
What you'll be doing
- High level of customer service where you are in a consultative environment
- Working with customers to ensure
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and health and safety compliance
What we're looking for
- Substantial experience (5+ years) in Sales in the retail industry (furniture preferred but will also consider other high end items)
- A proven track record of sales, improving store performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
