Rio Tinto is a global leader in mining and resources, delivering large-scale projects across Australia and internationally. The Amrun Project is a significant operation in Far North Queensland, supporting critical mining infrastructure and long-term regional development.
What You Will Be Doing
- Operating water carts to support haul road construction and dust suppression activities
- Maintaining safe and effective watering of project work areas
- Conducting pre-start inspections and routine vehicle checks
- Complying with site safety requirements and traffic management procedures
- Working collaboratively with project teams to achieve production targets
What You Will Need
- Current HC Licence
- Previous experience operating water carts in a civil, construction, or mining environment
- Solid commitment to safety and workplace procedures
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Current driver's licence and full Australian working rights
