Responsibilities

- Manage retailer systems, product information, pricing updates, and customer administration.
- Coordinate retailer documentation, onboarding activities, and account setup requirements.
- Support sales reporting, forecasting, business planning, and customer presentations.
- Maintain digital shelf content, ensuring accurate and consistent online product information.
- Provide operational support through sales coordination, sample management, reporting, file maintenance, and onboarding activities.

Qualifications

- Experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or a similar commercial support role.
- Strong administrative, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills,



particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- FMCG or retail experience preferred, with knowledge of retailer portals, customer systems, ecommerce, or digital shelf management.
