Randwick City Council is seeking four permanent Beach Lifeguards to start the next beach season in September 2026. The roles involve maintaining a safe recreational workplace and delivering an effective lifeguarding service on Randwick beaches.

You will interpret natural conditions, respond to incidents, communicate with the public, and control large crowds to ensure safety and regulatory compliance, while upholding the Council’s service standards.
