This role requires regular travel between five store locations.

Role

As an Assistant F&B; Manager, you will support the F&B; Executive with the day-to-day operations of our five stores, with a strong focus on customer experience, team performance, food and beverage quality, and operational standards.

You will support the F&B; Executive in overseeing multi‑site operations, working closely with Store Managers and Team Leaders to maintain consistent standards, support team performance, and deliver a positive experience for both customers and staff.

This is a hands‑on role that requires regular store visits and the flexibility to step in and support the team when needed.

Responsibilities

Assist the F&B; Executive with coordinating the day-to-day operations of all five stores and provide hands‑on support at each location as required

Visit stores regularly to check customer service, F&B; quality, cleanliness, presentation, and overall operations, and address any issues identified

Review reports submitted by Store Managers and Team Leaders, identify key issues, and ensure required actions are followed up

Provide operational guidance to Store Managers and Team Leaders and help resolve day-to-day store issues

Work alongside team members when needed and provide practical coaching on customer service,



food and beverage quality, and operating procedures

Check that opening and closing procedures, company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements are consistently followed

Monitor stock, wastage, equipment, and maintenance needs and coordinate follow‑up actions

Review customer feedback, identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement, and help enhance the customer experience across all stores

Assist with the implementation of new products, promotions, training programs, and operational changes across all stores

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in F&B;, hospitality, or a similar operational environment

Hands‑on barista experience and good coffee knowledge

Experience supporting or leading a team

A strong customer‑service mindset

Transparent communication and practical problem‑solving skills

A proactive, organised, and hands‑on approach

Ability to work across multiple locations and manage changing priorities

Flexibility to travel regularly between all five stores

Full Australian working rights

Highly Regarded

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role

Experience supporting multiple stores or teams

Experience coaching, training, or onboarding team members

Knowledge of rostering, labour management, and operational planning
