MTC FutureReady is recruiting an Employment Consultant for Workforce Australia to support job seekers in Maroubra. You will manage caseloads, provide coaching, and link participants to non-vocational and vocational supports, driving sustainable employment outcomes.

You will work under the Area Manager to deliver holistic, person-centred services, leveraging partnerships with government, business and community organisations to create real opportunities.
