We are seeking Systems Analysts with experience in requirements analysis, solution design, stakeholder engagement and ICT project delivery within complex enterprise environments.

Working closely with business stakeholders, developers and testing teams, you will analyse and document requirements, contribute to solution design activities, support testing, and assist in the delivery of system enhancements and new capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse and document business processes and requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Support system and software design activities.
- Produce and maintain solution documentation.
- Undertake testing activities including planning, execution and coverage reviews.
- Evaluate business and technical solutions,



identifying risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to resolve issues and support delivery outcomes.
- Contribute to quality reviews of requirements, specifications and design documentation.
- Support ongoing system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

- Requirements gathering, analysis and documentation experience.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Exposure to software or systems design activities.
- Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience preparing functional, technical and business documentation.

Highly Regarded

- Feasibility assessments and option analysis.
- User experience evaluation activities.
- Exposure to enterprise technology environments including:
- Java
- SAP
- Mainframe systems
- Integration technologies
- Scripting languages

Location ACT, Adelaide, Melbourne or Brisbane

Security Baseline security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
