Afford is seeking an experienced Practice Coach to strengthen rights-based, person-centred and evidence-informed practice across our sites in QLD and VIC. The role involves coaching frontline teams, observing practice, and guiding continuous improvement.
You will travel between sites, provide training on safeguarding, human rights and positive behaviour support, and work with leaders to enhance service quality and client outcomes.
