Gambaro Hospitality Group is opening Mamma G’s at Coolangatta and seeks an experienced casual Barista for the front‑of‑house team. You’ll craft quality espresso drinks, handle orders and payments, and contribute to a rapid‑paced coastal venue.

You’ll bring at least three years of barista experience, confidence with commercial machines, and a friendly, reliable approach. Weekdays and weekends flexibility required as the team expands.
