The TheirCare Plus team is seeking a dedicated Children & Youth Disability Support Worker to join Waratah Special Developmental School in Victoria. You will provide individualised and group support to children with complex disability needs, implementing developmentally appropriate programs aligned with NDIS goals.

Work in a team-oriented school setting, maintain safety and wellbeing, document activities, and participate in ongoing training to uphold high-quality, person-centred care.
