Silverchain Group in Frankston, VIC is seeking a compassionate Home Care Worker to support older community members in their own homes, helping with daily tasks and wellbeing.

You will drive to client homes in your own insured vehicle, provide personal care, housekeeping, meal preparation and transport to activities, while building trusted relationships with clients and their families.
