About the Role

This is a great opportunity for candidates with a strong work ethic who are physically fit, safety-focused and willing to work flexible hours, including night shift and away work when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating loaders as required
- Supporting day-to-day production operations
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following site safety procedures and instructions
- Performing physically demanding tasks as required

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- A positive attitude and excellent reliability
- The ability to pass a urine Drug & Alcohol test
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour
- A current White Card mandatory
- Availability for night shift and away work when required
- Previous asphalt experience preferred but not essential




- A current HC licence preferred but not essential

Loader Operator Requirements

- Experience operating a loader
- CL2 / SL1 loader operating experience or relevant competency
- Robust commitment to safety and following site procedures
