Southern Cross Care is seeking a Home Care Assistant in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. The role focuses on person-centred, secure in-home support, helping clients maintain independence and self-determination in their own homes.

Essential requirements include a Certificate III in a relevant field, minimum 3 months in personal care, current First Aid and CPR, a valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a registered, fully insured vehicle.
