KIEROY is seeking a warm, organised Client and Studio Operations Manager to join our Melbourne studio. You will be the link between clients, jewellers, and the retail team, ensuring smooth onboarding, quotes, invoicing, and production timelines.

You will manage inquiries, prepare quotes, generate invoices in Xero, and maintain inventory and pricing records, while supporting in-store and online channels. A proactive approach to process improvement is essential.
