About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the site. You will be responsible for coordinating site documentation, supporting personnel, and maintaining efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage site-based administrative functions and office operations




- Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for personnel
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data entry
- Assist with onboarding and mobilisation of employees and contractors
- Support payroll, timesheets, and compliance documentation
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

About You

- Previous experience in a Site Administration role (FIFO preferred)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
